Warehouse Employee - Order Picker

B2B Logistics (Nijmegen Region - Netherlands) 3-4-5 days per week

Are you looking for a great job in the warehouse? SCALA, a leading company in the adult industry, is currently seeking a warehouse employee responsible for order picking.

Responsibilities

• Collecting orders based on pick lists and packing slips.

• Using handheld scanners to scan, track, and record inventory movements and order processing.

• Preparing orders for shipment, ensuring products are correctly labeled and packed for safe transportation.

• Conducting regular quality checks to ensure accuracy and condition of products during the picking and packing process.

• Collaborating with the warehouse team to maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.

• Assisting with inventory management tasks, such as restocking shelves, conducting counts, and reporting any discrepancies or damaged items.

• Following all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues.

• Effectively communicating with supervisors and other team members regarding operational issues or concerns.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is a plus but not required.

• Attention to detail when picking orders and managing inventory.

• Physical fitness to lift and move packages.

• Familiarity with pallet jacks or hand trucks is a bonus.

• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

• Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions effectively.

• Strong proactive work attitude.
