Job Description

In this versatile role, you will be responsible for both financial administration and pricing management within our organization. You will work closely with the finance team to ensure accurate and efficient processing of financial data. Additionally, you will play a key role in managing price changes and preparing price analyses to ensure accurate pricing across our assortment.

Responsibilities

• Matching and processing goods and cost invoices
• Preparing and reviewing Intrastat and WEEE declarations
• Supporting monthly and annual financial closings
• Maintaining customer and supplier records
• Managing and keeping pricing agreements and changes up to date in our system
• Assisting in preparing pricing analyses and identifying pricing discrepancies
• Actively contributing to process improvements within the finance department
  

Who Are We Looking For?
We’re looking for an enthusiastic, eager-to-learn, and detail-oriented candidate who is ready to grow in a financial role. You have a sharp eye for detail and strong analytical skills. You enjoy working in a team, but can also operate independently, and you have the ambition to improve processes.

Requirements

• Completed MBO-level education in financial administration or a related field
• 0–2 years of relevant experience in an administrative or financial position
• Experience with accounting software and strong knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel)
• Excellent command of the Dutch language and the ability to communicate in English
• A proactive, accurate, and eager-to-learn attitude
• Strong communication skills and a strong sense of responsibility
