Inside Sales Representative

We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven colleague to join our Inside Sales team. In this role, you are the key link between different departments and ensure everything runs smoothly. You’ll have the opportunity to truly make a difference for our customers and contribute to our shared success.

Your responsibilities include:

• Processing orders from A to Z, where your accuracy and attention to detail are essential.
• Answering customer inquiries with a smile, both by phone and email.
• Entering and onboarding new customers, making them feel welcome at SCALA right away.
• Supporting various administrative tasks to help ensure smooth business operations.

What we’re looking for:

• MBO+ level of education and thinking.
• Solid knowledge of MS Office.
• Excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English.
• Experience with order processing and customer contact is a plus.
• Accuracy, customer focus, and the ability to perform well under pressure.
• Experience with ERP systems is an advantage.
